The Emblem Warhorse is a queer dive bar located across the street from the Queen Anne Dick's Drive In in Seattle, Washington, as well as the Seattle Shadows Co-op. It is known for its lively events, good drinks, and tight knit community, who also refer to themselves as Emblem Warhorse. The bar appears to have some amount of sentience, and includes itself within the collective of Emblem Warhorse. One unique attribute of the establishment is that upon entering the bar, one's name becomes Emblem Warhorse for the duration of one's stay. This stems from the bar's slogan: "If you're here, you're Emblem Warhorse."

History

Pre ILB

It is unclear when the bar was first established, or came to take up its current residence. Patrons cite Warhorses Emmie and Mme. W as being the Patrons they always remember being there, but the two remain cagey about the history of the bar in its early days. Asking the bar itself of its origins is met with a low rumbling and prompt removal from the establishment.

The enigmatic nature of The Emblem Warhorse is due in part to the fact that the bar does not seem accessible or even perceivable until a Patron is ready to find it. The exception to this is when the bar hosts events, though visitors who are not meant to become a Patron often find themselves shooed out the door by The Emblem Warhorse itself.

Time in the Shadows

In Season 11, the name Emblem Warhorse appeared on the roster for the Seattle Garages shadows. Unbeknownst to the rest of the team, an entrance to The Emblem Warhorse appeared next to The Hotsauce Bar and Grill at this time, which presented itself as a simple brownstone front sporting the typical sign and slogan. Seattle Shadows Co-op director Terrell Bradley reports having signed off on the paperwork to allow the business to work out of the co-op, but cites never having seen the establishment. Though patrons ready to enter the bar were able to find it, this entrance would not be discovered by the general public until its unshadowing during the Season 19 Elections.

Relationship with the Big Garage

The only entity to notice this addition to the Garage before Season 19 was the Big Garage itself. As a fellow sentient building, it was initially unhappy to discover a new building taking up residence within itself, but slowly grew to appreciate its presence.
