Sorry but on Steakcord the consensus is pretty universally a rodeo clown idea, that idea has been floating around for a while and details are still being discussed

may i pitch a rodeo clown that is also a six foot tall machination of protodermis? like a clown mask and robotics?

or also how do I IRM on this wiki so that way it can be true for one and have the main feed be rodeo clown

I don't believe it is possible with the IRM to have one prioritized over the other. The Bionicle idea was talked about on the Steaks discord a few times and has received pretty much unanimous disagreement, including the idea of implementing parts of it into the rodeo clown.
