The Fifth Base (Item)
During the Season 19 elections Jesús Koch received the Legendary Super Roamin' Fifth Base from the blessing of the same name, becoming Super Roamin' and roaming to a new team every 9 days. It is one of several Legendary Items in the ILB.
A baserunner holding the The Fifth Base has a small chance of placing and stealing to the Fifth Base in the ballpark they are currently playing in, giving the ballpark The Fifth Base modification and removing the item from the player. If a baserunner is standing on the placed Fifth Base, they have a small chance of stealing the base, giving them this item and removing the modification from the ballpark.
Unlike most Legendary Items, The Fifth Base changed hands frequently as it was placed, taken, traded, and stolen. The following tracks it's journey though the league up to the end of Season 24 and the nullification of the ILB.

The Tunnels
With the introduction of the Tunnels modification and it’s ratification in the league, it became possible for pitchers to steal items from other active players. This is notable because while the Super Roamin' Fifth Base was routinely being picked up and put down as players stole bases, pitchers were unable to do so as soon as it was stolen by a pitcher, it was unable to be placed again.

In the Season 22 Election the Boston Flowers were awarded the Insider Trading Blessing, meaning that every player on their team with an open item slot was awarded an item with the Traitor modification - causing them to attempt to steal the most valuable item on the team, in this case the Super Roaming Fifth Base.
This resulted in the Fifth base changing hands constantly for the 9 days it remained on the team, as the players continuously traded the item around while they played.

The Semi Centennial
The inclusion of the Super Roamin' Fifth Base in the Semi Centennial game was the result of a last minute push by fans to get the current owner of the base, Dunlap Figueroa, the Ego modification and have them added to the Rising Stars Team.
This resulted in the Super Roamin' Fifth Base being accessible to the previously Vaulted New Megan Ito, who had the permanent modification of Traitor and Trader, causing them to seek out the highest value items in the game, the Fifth Base, and the Force Field.
