Tertullian Blase is a figure traditionally regarded as the creator of Blaseball. It is said that the rules were recorded on his deathbed by his ward. Nothing else is known about Blase, though it is commonly believed that Blase's ward may have been an ancestor of The Commissioner.
Blase is the central figure of The Blaseic Ball Church for Good Old-Fashioned Boys.
