Sun (Sun) Supernova was a League Modification (or Rule) that debuted in the ILB Semi-Centennial as a result of Sun(Sun) exploding. It did not appear directly in play, but did cause the Supernova Eclipse weather in Season 24.

History

Sun (Sun) Supernova (or just the Supernova) first appeared in the ILB Semi-Centennial when Sun(Sun)'s pressure gague reached 100% as a result of the Vault Legends attempting to heist the Nicholas Mora of the Rising Stars. The icon for the Supernova appeared, and the Boss was quick to move in front of it and give the following message:

Snackholders
Snackholders!
Wow! Look at those colors!
Yes, Sun(Sun) appears to have exploded.
There is no reason to panic.
In Light of Recent Events
The Semi-Centennial is henceforth Cancelled.
The Result is a Draw.
See you at the Election!

When Season 24 began, an image of the Boss in front of the Supernova could be seen on the Standings page, with a notable similarity to the weather icon for a Supernova Eclipse.

At the Earlsiesta, the following message appeared:

EMERGENCY ALERT
RIFFING INTENSIFIES
SUPERNOVA COLLAPSES
REALITY TEARS
STRANDS BRIDGED
ENDS ZONED
BLACK HOLE (BLACK HOLE) DRAINS
PULSAR (PULSAR) BEAMS

Despite the note that the Supernova had collapsed, it still appeared in the League Rules, and could be seen on the Map with the Boss eclipsing it.

Incineration of the Boss

On Day 82 when the first Rogue teams reached the Boss through a collaborative effort between several teams, the Reader, the Commissioner, and the Monitor, the Coin was Incinerated, presumably by being pushed into the Supernova. The final message from her on the site was as follows:
