COMMUNITY REPORTS

Early Life

Schmitt is a half-human, half-alligator Miami native who began practicing medicine prior to joining the ILB. Former patients often complained of rude bedside manner and nir mean personality. After a sudden disappearance, ve continued as a freelance surgeon shielded from the public eye, offering zir services to anyone willing to pay the suspiciously low rates, and supporting rumors that it had disappeared after xyr medical license was revoked. Given faer dubious reputation, some teammates have speculated that Schmitt joined the ILB to leave eir illegal field of work behind.

Career

Schmitt has gained a reputation as a Rescue Gator for hir success with finding and bringing teammates back from Elsewhere, especially team captain Qais Dogwalker. When asked for comment, Dogwalker explained, "Sometimes, you just want to go to the Wlaffle House in Elsewhere, you know? But if it wasn't for aer, I'd probably still be stuck there."

Personality

As a user of any and all neopronouns, Schmitt first recorded the neopronouns of the patients ne treated before joining the ILB, but has continued the practice during active play with players from other teams, compiling an ever-growing list for personal use.

Although ve left zir surgery profession behind, Schmitt still helps treat injuries on the team, and has on occasion been heard to recommend amputation for the smallest and most inconsequential of injuries.

Schmitt has been described both on and off the field as sort of a menace, owing to its reckless nature. This explains why xe is often caught stealing, and off the field, fae was once seen wrestling a member of the Press over a mango.

Relationships

Schmitt enjoys arm wrestling and took over as the organizer of the Miarmi Arm Wrestling Team when ey became an active player, as the team had been inactive following the Feedback of Avila Guzman for Jomgy Rolsenthal in Season 15. Originally started by Guzman and Francisca Sasquatch, Miarmi has served as an important team-bonding activity for past and present players alike. Newer Dale players such as Rolsenthal and Richmond Harrison have begun to practice and train, hoping to approach the level of Schmitt and Sasquatch, whose long-standing friendly rivalry has become synonymous with Miarmi. Schmitt seldom loses against the rest of the team, but Sasquatch's resolve to beat Schmitt has given her some upset victories and developed the aforementioned rivalry. Also part of Miarmi, though not a player for the Dale, is Courtney Maddison Novak, Caleb Novak's wife. Caleb introduced the two not long after Schmitt took over, and participating has brought Caleb, Courtney, and Schmitt to become close friends. Such close friends that after Caleb was swept elsewhere on Season 20, Day 45, Schmitt immediately began the search for Caleb and managed to retrieve him before the game ended, demonstrating the strength of their bond.
