James Mora is a lineup player for the Vault Legends, and has been with the team since the ILB Semi-Centennial. Mora previously played for the Hawai'i Fridays and the Yellowstone Magic.
Official League Records
Mora joined the ILB as a pitcher for the Hawai'i Fridays with the Return of Blaseball.
During the Season β5 elections, Mora's pitching and baserunning fell half a star as a part of the Charleston Shoe Thieves' Bad Neighbors blessing. These were later regained during the Season β6 elections due to the Shoe Thieves' Mutually Arising blessing .
During the Coffee Cup, Mora played for Cream & Sugar United as a lineup player.
On Season β12, Day 56, Mora was exchanged to the Yellowstone Magic due to Feedback. Mora was replaced by Jaylen Hotdogfingers.
During the Season β14 elections, the Magic received the Nut Button blessing, giving Mora the Superyummy modification.
During the Season β16 Earlsiesta, Mora lost the Superyummy modification.
During the Season β16 elections, Mora became a lineup player as a result of the Magic's Move will.
After Day 99 of Season β21, Mora was Preserved.
During the ILB Semi-Centennial, Mora played for the Vault Legends as a lineup player.

History
Background
James "Jimmy" Mora is known as the Mullet Bullet from Oahu. Ze was raised in Honolulu, where ze is known for hir trademark mullet and fastball combo.
Despite hir roughneck appearance, Mora has a delightful high tenor singing voice, and sings walkup songs for the batters during Fridays games (even while ze is on the mound), accompanied by Stevenson Heat on ukulele.
Several unconfirmed reports have stated that Heat and Mora have begun a romantic relationship as of ██/██/████
The Many Moras
It has been speculated that Jimmy Mora may be related to Chicago Firefighters pitcher Swamuel Mora and Philly Pies pitcher Nicholas Mora. Popular theories include that they may all be the same person from different timelines, that they are the three fragmented parts of the long since incinerated blaseballer Mora Prime, or that they are siblings. None of these theories have been confirmed by any of the three.
Exploratory Surgeries
As a result of the Season β7 elections, James Mora underwent three exploratory surgeries to improve his pitching. While this did have the desired result of improving his pitching (albeit only slightly), the three surgeries also gave him cat ears and a cat tail. It is theorized that his pitching improvements are due to the feline sense of balance provided by the cat tail. After the surgeries, his teammates took to referring to him as The Six Million Dollar Catboy.
Feedback to the Magic
In Season 12, Mora was feedbacked to the Magic in exchanged for Jaylen Hotdogfingers, who had been flickering through the League since her return from the Hall Stars. Mora, having been on the Fridays since the beginning, had been through a lot, but had found a great sense of peace with the rest of the team. Content, but perhaps a little too content; Mora had a slowly growing itch to explore and see more of what Blaseball had to offer.
Reportedly, Mora looked across the field on day 56, and saw Jaylen, clearly better than she had been, but obviously unsettled. He recalled wishing for Jaylen to feel as at peace as he did with the Fridays in a moment of compassion. In that instant the Feedback grew loud, and they had swapped places. Ze contends that it was due to The Lady of Perpetual Fridays' generosity that it picked hir in that moment, and accepted the exchange with little issue.
After swapping to the Magic's rotation, Mora disappeared into the woods of Yellowstone. Other than occasional calls to former teammates (which often broke off abruptly when he lost cell service) ze was rarely seen or heard from. Rangers suspected that the catboy was connecting to the natural magical energy of the park. This seemed to be substantiated when, within a week of hir transfer, Mora was discovered with several bat-like features that matched the ōpeʻapeʻa of his original home. Fans cheerfully began to refer to hir as a CatBatBoy in response, which stuck.
Despite hir relative seclusion, Mora grew close with his new teammates. Ze formed an unlikely friendship with Logan Rodriguez after the two partied together. Rodriguez taught hir some druidic magic, which ze picked up rather quickly. Because of hir experience on the Fridays, ze was especially good at temporal magic and chronomancy.
Star Batter CatBatBoy
Mora was transferred to the Magic's lineup during the season 16 elections and immediately made records as an incredible batter. Hir impulsive nature sometimes got in hir way, however: ze would often make the risky play, try to steal a base, and get caught. He more than made up for this with a remarkably consistent and high batting average, never dropping below .300 on base percentage during a blaseball season.
The Magic was then struck by a record number of redactions, leaving only four batters on the lineup in season 17, with Mora among them. A strong kinship formed between the four (Bevan Wise, Logan Rodriguez, Bonk Jokes, and Mora hirself) as they faced a season of blaseball with a fraction of the team they once had. Together, the four led the Magic to the championships, though were unable to secure the Internet Series.
The Force Field
In hir time as a batter, in part because of the Magic's shortened lineup in Season 17, Mora became a very profitable idol. Even after hir teammates returned and the team grew back to normal size, he began collecting ego each season. In an effort to prevent hir from being vaulted, fans voted to steal the Force Field of Observation (held at the time by Steaks Player Orville Manco) and give it to Mora during the season 20 elections. This might have kept hir in hir position on Magic's lineup, but when the Community Chest opened, ze dropped the Force Field to pick up a Head Bat. His reasons for doing so remained unknown, as Mora became Legendary and was vaulted at the end of season 21.
