During Season 4, the Breckenridge Jazz Hands were 1st in Chaotic Evil, 2nd in Evil League, and 4th overall with a 58-41 record. The Jazz Hands defeated the Philly Pies in the Divisional Series, but were defeated by the Hades Tigers in the Championship Series. Season 4 also marks the first time the Jazz Hands' experienced Feedback, with Jazz Hand Tot Fox swapping with Crab Valentine Games.

During the election, the Alternates were called for Kathy Mathews and Campos Arias as a result of the Alternate Reality decree, randomizing their stats. Notably, the alternation significantly improved Arias' pitching stats.
