The Breckenridge Jazz Hands' Gamma 4 Season 1 was the first and only season of the final Short Circuit. Short Circuits are experimental seasons where alternate versions of the 24 main ILB teams play with temporary, newly generated rosters for a period of two weeks. This version of the team no longer saw play after the end of the Circuit.

Notable Events

During the first round of the Midseason Fiesta, the third match of games had each remaining matchup playing two different games simultaneously. The Breckenridge Jazz Hands faced the Philly Pies in a Snow game and a Night game with Squid Psst Pitching. In the first inning, Psst was clocked out by a Night Shift in exchange for Troy Bowman in the Night game, but remained pitching in the Snow game. During this time, when players froze due to the Snow, this status would be reflected in the Night game. After Psst froze in the Snow game at the bottom of the sixth inning, they were replaced by Lily Cole. This had no effect on Bowman and Psst was now shown back in the active rotation. Both games would resolve properly, with the Jazz Hands winning the Snow game and losing the Night game. Despite the Pies reaching 2 Wins first due to the Night game resolving first, the Jazz Hands were on the board for the next round before the Fiesta was ultimately cancelled.

Season Overview

During Season 1, the Breckenridge Jazz Hands were 5th in Uptempo Bop, 11th in the Uptempo Conference, and 20th overall. The Jazz Hands would play in the Midseason Fiesta up until its cancellation and would later reach Party Time on Day 189 at the same time as the rest of the league.

This Short Circuit consisted of a single season split over the course of two weeks, with two major elections at the end of the week and several smaller elections in between. In the first week, the Jazz Hands threw a Mixer, but received the attribute boosts that corresponded to the Formal option for Party Planning. Zee Phantom would be the Guest of Honor and would gain  Life of the Party.

In the second week, the Jazz Hands would win Fire Blood for Lily Cole and Electric Blood for Troy Bowman, granting  Fiery and  Electric, respectively. Lily Cole would be chosen to Charge the Microphone, causing them to become  Static and leave the roster. Due to the election running multiple times, Cole received  Static three times.

Alongside the circuit itself, the Gamma 4 Breckenridge Jazz Hands were no longer able to be viewed or interacted with after the end of the circuit.
